Abstract:

Economic comparison and analysis are made on robot shotcreting and ordinary wet shotcreting in terms of rebound, accelerator amount, shotcreting labors, energy consumption, working efficiency, working environment and occupational health, with the application of these two shotcreting methods in the construction of the entrance lot of Changhongling tunnel as an example. The study shows that robot shotcreting is superior in cost efficiency and technology and has a broad development prospects.
