The principle of jet ventilation for twintube tunnel accessed from one single inclined shaft is presented and comparison and contrast is made between forced ventilation mode and exhaust ventilation made. Theoretical calculation is made for the fan type selection and ventilation fan and ventilation duct matching, which indicates that the presented ventilation technology is rational and feasible. The presented ventilation technology has been applied in No. 3 inclined shaft lot of Baojiashan tunnel, which further verifies that the ventilation technology is feasible. 
