Abstract

The rebar calculation of Metro station constructed by cut and cover method is discussed. It is proposed that the peaktoaverage power reduction, axial force, haunch and distribution bar should be considered in the rebar calculation of Metro station. The proposal is helpful in improving the design quality and reducing the cost, if it is implemented in the design of Metro stations.
