Study on Construction Difficulties and Countermeasures of Long Railway Tunnels

The geological conditions and hydrogeological conditions of Pingdingshan tunnel on Duofeng line are analyzed. Construction difficulties, such as small working space, deep bury, bad geological conditions and hard controlled monitoring, and countermeasures are presented. The study results can provide references for construction of long railway tunnels under complex geological conditions.
