Dismantling and Inspection of Main Bearing of Shield in Factory and Static Pressure Test of the Sealing System of the Main Bearing

The structure, installation mode and sealing system of the main bearing of Herrenknecht S367 slurry shield are presented. The dismantling and inspection of the main bearing are discussed and the static pressure test of the sealing system of the main bearing is introduced. Furthermore, the infactory inspection procedure of the main bearing is described in detail. Guidance is provided for the inspection and remanufacturing of main bearings of shields in the future.
