Abstract

The manufacturing technologies for TBM main bearing sealing slide are complex; and the main bearing failure will be induced by slide wear. The Stellite wear resistant sheet is used for sealing slide design; and the rational welding and installation technologies of the sheet are presented. The cost and timeneeded are saved; the wear resistance of sealing slide is improved and the feasibility of sealing system of TBM main bearing is guaranteed.
