Appearance quality of cutter cable groove, i.e. linearity and surface bubble, is difficult to control due to complex structural design and small crosssection size. Stress analysis of framework, components adding and elevation precontrol are used to reduce the floating height of the framework; adnexed vibrator adding on the framework and its layout optimization and acting time monitoring of the vibrator are used to reduce the bubble on concrete surface.
