Prefabricated concrete structure has advantages of good construction quality and high production efficiency. However, because of discontinuous and uncertain stress at joint, the joint becomes the weak link of the structure. In order to guarantee the safe promotion and application of fabricated structure, by using the method that combined model test and numerical simulation, flexural behavior and failure mode of sleeve anchor joint are studied. The results show that: (1) The stress process of the joint can be divided into three stages, i.e. linear elasticity, cracking of beam concrete and sliding failure between steel bar and anchor adhesive. (2) The ultimate failure form of the joint is the sliding failure between anchor steel bar and anchor adhesive, and the stress of steel bar is close to its yield strength during structural failure, which indicates that the joint can provide sufficient anchoring force. (3) Cohesive model can be used to simulate the reinforced sleeve anchorage joint, and the number and diameter of steel bar can be adjusted to meet the structural stress requirements of different section sizes, which provides possibility for application of the joint in fabricated underground diaphragm wall.
