Abstract

Monitoring the structural safety status of rail transit facilities is an essential task in full line networks. By recognizing the influencing factors of structural safety, the related risks can be controlled in advance. Based on the present situation of safety monitoring management of urban rail transit facilities and the research results of risk assessment and management theory during the construction period, in this study, the basic methods and theories of risk monitoring and management of facility structures are investigated. Further, a risk management and control system platform for urban rail transit facility structure is developed. The safety monitoring, management, and control of the urban rail transit facility structure are considered from various aspects, such as system architecture design and function module settings. Applying the doublecontrol mechanism of risks and hidden dangers, the life cycle data of construction, operation, and maintenance of the rail transit facility structure are obtained and effective tracing and control of affecting process of internal and external factors are achieved. The intelligent structural safety assessment and analysis module can help in judging the safety status of current rail transit facilities.
