Abstract

To solve the problem of interference between shield construction and construction of mined station under the condition that the shield working shaft cannot be set at the end of the station, three schemes for shield passing through a mined station, namely, shield directly passes through, shield passes through a primarysupport pilot tunnel, and shield passes through after secondary lining completion, are studied. Their corresponding advantages, disadvantages, and applicable conditions are discussed and applied to practical design. During construction, according to the changes in external conditions and actual project progress, project planning is rationally adjusted, and the scheme for shield passing through the station is modified. The key technologies are discussed. Indepth research of the flexible station passing of the shield and simultaneous implementation of the secondary lining of the station and shield passing through the station are conducted. It is proposed to add a pilot tunnel at the end of the mined station and adopt a highclearance truss formwork trolley.
