To ensure the quality and
safety of the formal construction of the permanent and temporary integrated
prefabricated underground diaphragm wall, tests are conducted on the model
components of the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall, and the assembly process
and the grouting process of the inter-width
joints are summarized, addressing the construction control issues of the fine-length and large-tonnage prefabricated
underground diaphragm wall components. Single CT and double CT components are
used as the joint structure of the model members of the underground diaphragm
wall, field tests are carried out to check the processing quality of the joint
structure of the members, and the assembly control measures are summarized.
Through the installation test of the underground diaphragm wall model, the
influence of different joint combination forms, U-shaped
strip bag structure, CT connection structure, C filling material, and concrete
forming quality on the component assembly is examined. The grouting effect of geopolymer
and high-strength cement-based
special grouting materials is analyzed according to the key parameters such as
grouting time, consumption, and amount of staggered joints at different depths.
The results show that: (1) Single CT component is easier to assemble than
double CT component. (2) The use of geopolymer for CT grouting can satisfy the
grouting effect while reducing consumption of grouting materials and improving
the grouting efficiency.
