The positions and types of the final joints have great influence on the construction period and construction cost of immersed tunnels. Taking the design of the final joint of Shengwudao～Daxuecheng immersed tunnel as case history, the author presents the final design scheme and the technical construction measures for the immersed tunnel in the paper, which can provide reference for the design of similar works in the future.
