In the paper, the features of pumped concrete for tunnel works and the types of and causes for the construction cracks are analyzed and countermeasures are recommended in terms of raw materials, mixing proportion, admixtures, additives and construction technology. The countermeasures are applied in the practice of lining construction of Taihangshan tunnel on Shijiazhuang～Taiyuan passengerdedicated railway and good results have been achieved.
