The rationality of tunnel lining design is based on the choice of design parameters. These main parameters are included coefficient of earth pressure at rest K0, soil young's modulus Eg, segment connection rotational spring Kθ, and circumferential connection shear spring Ks. In this paper, we will focus on these five parameters and consider the staggered effect of tunnel linings. Furthermore, the MOLEMANi computer program developed by Prof. Murakami and Koizumi is used to establish 3ring model for the tunnel lining. The output data will be used for parameter sensitivity analyses and get useful suggestions for tunnel lining design.
