Ground Reinforcement in the Construction of
Connected Aisle between Metro Tunnels in Soft Soil

The connected aisle between metro tunnels can be used to prevent disaster, drain water and contact between tunnels. The ground reinforcement in the construction of 20 connected aisles in Shanghai metro in soft soil is analyzed in this paper to promote more effective design in other similar projects.
