忻州隧道下穿大运高速公路技术方案研究

Study on Construction Scheme of Xinzhou Tunnel Crossing Underneath DatongYuncheng Highway

摘要:

为解决大西客运专线忻州隧道下穿大运高速公路时可能引发的路面沉降及结构安全问题,对黄土浅埋隧道采用新意法+新奥法相结合的方式下穿高速公路进行了三维数值模拟,研究工法中不同设计参数及施工方案下的可行性及施工对地面沉降的影响等,结合现场实际发现忻州隧道下穿段采用新意法+新奥法相结合的设计参数(双侧壁导坑法开挖、循环进尺8 m、搭接段长度4 m的上半掌子面加固、120 m通长管棚超前加固、短进尺、早封闭)进行施工是可行的。

Abstract:

Xinzhou tunnel on DatongXi’an passengerdedicated railway crosses underneath DatongYuncheng highway. Therefore, serious ground surface settlement and safety risks may occur in the construction of Xinzhou tunnel. In the paper, 3D simulation is made on the construction of the section of Xinzhou tunnel crossing underneath DatongYuncheng highway by means of ADECRRS and NATM, and study is made on the feasibility of different design parameters and different construction schemes, as well as on the influence on the ground surface settlement. Conclusion is drawn that the construction of the section of Xinzhou tunnel crossing underneath DatongYuncheng highway by means of ADECRRS and NATM is feasible, with the design parameters as follows: excavation by double side heading method, cyclic advance rate being 8 m, reinforcing of the top heading with 4 m reinforcement overlap, advance support by 120 m pipe roof, short advance rate and early ring closing.
