复杂地层浅埋暗挖地铁区间隧道近距离下穿地下商业街设计及施工关键技术

Key Technologies for Design and Construction of Shallow Mined Metro Tunnels Closely Crossing underneath Existing  Underground Commercial Street in Complex Strata

摘要:

青岛地铁2号线五四广场站—浮山所站区间采用浅埋暗挖法施工,因线路埋深受限,区间隧道需以1.68~1.86 m的净距要求下穿一处两柱三跨11.8 m×4.5 m矩形框架结构的地下商业街。为确保工程安全,克服上半断面富水砂层、下半断面坚硬岩层这一差异性较大的上软下硬复杂地层,以及在近距离下穿条件下选取合适的支护参数和技术措施成为工程的关键。实际施工过程中,综合采用了深孔注浆地层预加固、一次性打设90 m超长管棚预支护、减震爆破和自动化实时监测等综合技术手段,辅以数值计算模拟分析,在控制地下商业街及其周边软弱地层沉降、保障地下商业街的日常运营和降低隧道施工风险等方面取得了较好的工程效果。

Abstract:

The shallow tunnel section on Wusi Square StationFushansuo Station on Line No. 2 of Qingdao Metro, closely crossing underneath existing underground commercial street (rectangular frame structure), is constructed by mining method. The tunnel is located in complex geological conditions of upper waterrich and sandy strata and lower hard rock. The rational support parameters and technologies are the key to closely crossing. A series of technologies, i.e. deephole grouting reinforcement, superlong pipe roof support, vibration reduction blasting, realtime monitoring and numerical calculation and simulation, are adopted, so as to control the settlement of commercial street and surrounding rocks, guarantee the operation of commercial street and reduce the construction risk of tunnel. Finally, good effects have been achieved.
