青岛地铁双护盾TBM负环始发技术研究与实践

Study and Practice on Negative Ring Launching Technique for DoubleShield TBM Used in Qingdao Metro

摘要: 城轨交通区间隧道地质及施工环境复杂,不具备施作始发洞条件时,需要探索新的双护盾TBM始发方案。为此,结合青岛地铁1号线台东站的始发场地及周边环境条件,研究并实施双护盾TBM负环始发技术。根据双护盾TBM结构特点,提出双护盾TBM负环始发方案,并从掘进模式、掘进参数、姿态控制和辅助措施等方面论证该方案的可行性。实践表明: 双护盾TBM负环始发时采用单双护盾混合模式掘进并选择合理的掘进参数,可有效控制盾体滚动在允许范围内,实时监测、及时调整TBM姿态并采取必要的辅助措施可保证负环始发的成洞质量。

Abstract:  The geological and environmental conditions of urban metro tunneling are complex, and there is no condition for TBM launching shaft. Hence, it is necessary to develop a new launching method for doubleshield TBM. A case study is conducted on Taidong station on Qingdao metro line 1, and the launching technique with negative ring for doubleshield TBM is studied and implemented. According to the structural characteristics of doubleshield TBM, a negative ring launching scheme is proposed, and its feasibility is demonstrated from the aspects of tunneling mode, tunneling parameters, attitude control, and auxiliary measures. The practical results show that the shield rolling can be effectively controlled by adopting the single[KG2mm]and doubleshield tunneling modes and selecting reasonable tunneling parameters, and the tunneling quality by negative ring launching technique can be guaranteed by employing realtime monitoring, TBM attitude adjustment in time, and necessary auxiliary measures.
