复杂条件下暗挖隧道近距离穿越施工对既有桥梁的影响研究

Study of Influence of Construction of Mined Tunnel  on Adjacent Bridge Under Complex Conditions

摘要:

为研究地铁隧道近距离穿越桥梁施工过程中的变形特点,基于深圳地铁5号线南延段某区间隧道下穿兴海大道立交桥工程,采用FEM方法对1#桥墩性状影响进行数值模拟分析。结果表明: 1)同侧桥梁上部结构沉降规律相同,最大值对应右线隧道正上方; 2)到隧道开挖面距离越小,桥梁结构受影响程度越大; 3)当开挖面到桥桩距离L=7D(跨径)时,桥桩开始受到施工影响; 4)当L=3D时,桥桩沉降速率显著增大; 5)隧道上方桥桩竖向沉降变形最大,且沉降随埋深增大而增大; 6)桥桩上部水平位移方向指向隧道,桥桩下部水平位移方向相反,且横向位移极值随桥桩到隧道距离增大而减小。采用层次分析法提出隧道施工过程中桥梁变形控制标准,并对减小沉降变形措施提出建议。隧道顺利穿越城市立交桥,验证了分析结果的合理性。

Abstract:

The deformation characteristics of bridge when metro tunnel closely crossing are very important. Hence, the influence of the construction of a tunnel on South Extention of Shenzhen Metro Line No. 5 on adjacent bridge pier #1 of Xinghai Avenue Viaduct is numerically simulated by FEM. The results show that: (1) The settlements of the upper parts of both side are the same, and the maximum settlement occurs on the right side of the tunnel. (2) The closer the bridge structure to tunnel excavation face, the larger the influence. (3) When the distance between pile and tunnel excavation face L is 7D, where D is span, the bridge pile begins to be affected by the tunnel construction. (4) When L=3D, the settlement rate of the piles increase significantly. (5) The vertical settlement deformation of the bridge pile above the tunnel is the largest, and the settlement increases with the buried depth increase. (6) The displacement direction of upper part of bridge pile goes along tunnel, and that of lower part of bridge pile goes opposite to the tunnel; and the extreme value of transverse displacement decreases with the distance between bridge pile and the tunnel increase. Finally, the deformation control standard for bridge is put forward by using the AHP method, and some suggestions are proposed to reduce the settlement deformation. The tunnel had been successfully passed through the viaduct, which verifies the rationality of analytical results.
