新建矿山法隧道近距离下穿既有车站的结构设计及监测分析

Structural Design and Monitoring Analysis of New-built Mined Tunnel Crossing underneath Existing Metro Station

摘要:

为确保新建矿山法隧道下穿成都地铁既有1 号线孵化园车站结构的安全并控制既有车站的变形,采用有限元数值模拟分析的方法对不同衬砌形式的结构受力进行分析,计算得到的隧道内力及变形均能满足设计要求。由现场监测数据分析表明: 1)新建隧道拱顶沉降累计变化量稳定在-1. 5~-5. 0 mm,净空收敛累计变化量稳定在-5. 3~-9. 1 mm,既有地铁1 号线孵化园车站结构累计变化量稳定在+0. 71~+0. 94 mm,远小于控制值,工程设计安全可行; 2)在施工环境复杂且既有车站沉降控制变形要求高的情况下,说明了采用CRD 工法施工的正确性以及在站台层段为截桩单独设计二次衬砌的必要性。

Abstract:

In order to ensure the safety and control the deformation of the existing Fuhuayuan Station structure of Chengdu Metro Line No. 1 underpassed by mined tunnel, the finite element numerical simulation method is used to analyze the structural forces of different lining forms. The internal force and deformation of the tunnel obtained by calculation can meet the design requirements. The field monitoring data analysis shows that: (1) The accumulated variation in settlement of the crown and the accumulated variation in clearance convergence of the new tunnel are -1. 5 ~-5. 0 mm and -5. 3~ -9. 1 mm, respectively, and the accumulated variation in the Fuhuayuan Station structure of Metro Line No. 1 is + 0. 71 ~ + 0. 94 mm, which is far less than the control value. (2) In case of complicated construction environment and high demand for settlement and deformation control of existing station, the correctness of CRD construction method and the necessity of separate design of secondary lining for pile cutting in platform layer are illustrated.
