Cause Analysis and Treatment Measures for OverallCarryingSoil Effect of Shallowburied Rectangular Pipe Jacking

摘要:

为避免浅埋矩形顶管工程中的整体背土破坏现象,在现有研究成果的基础上,结合整体背土理论,依托某地下停车场项目,从实际整体背土现象出发进行原因分析。首先,结合工程现场整体背土破坏现象的特征,得出相邻隧道施工、姿态调整、顶管机停机、减摩泥浆失效等为主要原因。然后,分别阐述本项目采用的注浆管路排查、刀盘前方背土位置堆载、背土位置钻孔注水、施作隔断墙等整体背土处理措施。最终,得出在无法改变管节四周土体抗力的前提下,通过减小管土摩擦因数可有效避免整体背土现象发生的结论。

Abstract:

In order to avoid the overallcarryingsoil failure in shallowburied rectangular pipe jacking project, the causes for the actual overallcarryingsoil failure are analyzed based on the existing research results and the theory of the overallcarryingsoil, by taking an underground parking lot project for example. Firstly, by analyzing the characteristics of the overallcarryingsoil failure phenomenon of the project site, it is concluded that the adjacent tunnel construction, attitude adjustment, pipe jacking machine stop, and antifriction mud failure are the main causes. And then the overallcarryingsoil treatment measures, i.e. grouting pipeline investigation, pileloading at the carryingsoil position in front of the cutterhead, borehole water injection at the carryingsoil position, and partition wall, etc.〖KG-*3〗, are adopted and described, respectively. Finally, it is concluded that the phenomenon of overallcarryingsoil can be effectively avoided by reducing the friction coefficient of soil on the pipe under the premise that the soil resistance around the pipe cannot be changed.
