低交通量下“与车随行”隧道照明节能控制技术应用研究

Application of Energysaving Control Technology for Tunnel Lighting  Based on "Traveling with Vehicle" under Low Traffic Volume

摘要:

针对公路隧道照明安全与节能之间的矛盾,特别是低交通量下“无车照明”的能耗浪费现象,采用微波车检实时探测交通流技术,提出一种在低交通量下实施“车来灯亮、车走灯暗”的“与车随行”智能控制技术。根据安全视距和人眼视觉反应驰豫时间要求,确定该控制技术下“车来灯亮”以及无来车时“车走灯暗”亮度水平和间隔时间规定。由该技术制定的应用方案用于实际工程,不仅可保证隧道照明安全性,更可在现有规范基础上进一步降低隧道照明能耗,实现低交通量下实时动态的智慧节能照明控制。根据实际工程照明效果测试,所采用的方案可降低隧道照明年运营费用达72%。该技术对提升隧道照明安全和节能水平,推动隧道提质升级和公路交通绿色低碳水平具有积极的促进作用。

Abstract:

In view of the contradiction between lighting safety and energy saving in highway tunnels, especially the phenomenon of energy waste for "vehiclefree lighting" under low traffic volume, an intelligent control technology of "traveling with vehicle" under low traffic volume is proposed. The technology is realized by adopting the microwave vehicle detection technology which can detect traffic flow in real time. According to the requirements of safe parking visual distance and human visual response relaxation time, the light level and interval time of "vehiclecoming light on" and "vehiclegoing light off" when there is no vehicle coming are determined. The technology cannot only ensure the tunnel lighting safety, but also reduce the energy consumption of tunnel lighting further on the basis of existing specifications when the application scheme based on this technology is applied to practical engineering. Hence, a realtime dynamic intelligent energysaving lighting control mode under low traffic volume is realized. According to the actual engineering application effect test, the adopted scheme can reduce the annual operating cost of tunnel lighting by 72%, which plays a positive role in promoting the level of tunnel lighting safety and energy saving, promoting the upgrading of tunnel quality and green lowcarbon highway traffic.
