摘要:

为解决传统明挖法在综合管廊应用推广中存在的局限性和不足,以哈尔滨市老城区化工路综合管廊盾构段为工程背景,对综合管廊设计采用明挖法和盾构法设计选型的优势和缺点进行详细探讨。结合化工路路面交通和地下管线现状,分析该综合管廊采用盾构法施工的原由。着重介绍了综合管廊横断面形式、衬砌结构设计以及盾构管廊综合井设计。阐述盾构法施工过程中需要特殊考虑的关键问题,并提出相应的解决方案。最后说明综合管廊采用盾构法施工具有较高的推广价值和技术优势,拓宽了综合管廊施工的技术手段,并为今后综合管廊的发展提供了相关的技术储备。

Abstract:

The conventional opencut method has some limitations and disadvantages in utility tunnel construction. Hence, the advantages and disadvantages of opencut method and shield method in design of utility tunnel on Huagong Road in Harbin are compared and discussed in detail. The reasons for selecting shield method are analyzed based on the present situation of ground transportation and underground pipelines of Huagong Road. And then the designs of crosssection form, lining structure and comprehensive shaft of the utility tunnel are emphatically introduced; the key problems that need to be considered specially during shield construction are presented and the corresponding solutions are put forward. Finally, it is explained that the shield construction of utility tunnel has higher promotion value and technical advantage, which broadens the technical means of utility tunnel construction and provides relevant technical reserve for the future development of utility tunnel.
