摘要: 为解决BIM技术在轨道交通全生命周期应用过程中遇到的需求不明确、架构不清晰等问题,首先,从企业管理的角度对北京地铁19号线一期工程中BIM应用存在的一些误区和问题进行相关论述; 然后,总结设计、施工、运维阶段的BIM应用构想,梳理目前各阶段的BIM应用成果; 最后,对BIM应用的发展做出总结与思考。由此得出,目前应结合现实情况,超前研究、量力而行,现阶段主要推进BIM辅助设计和以进度管理为核心的工程项目信息化建设,为资产移交和运维管理打下良好的基础;完善一个数据库多个平台的建设工作,有助于推动BIM技术的应用落地。

Abstract: The problems, i.e. unclear requirements and architecture, are often encountered when applicating BIM technology to the entire life cycle of rail transit. First, some application misunderstandings and problems of BIM existed in the Phase 1 project of Beijing Metro Line No. 19 are discussed from the perspective of enterprise management. And then some BIM application concepts in design, construction, operation and maintenance stages are summarized, and current BIM application results in each stage are sorted out. Finally, the development of BIM application in the next stage is considered and summarized. It can be concluded that: (1) At present, we should put into research in advance and do our best in light of the actual situation. (2) At this stage, we mainly promote BIMassisted design and informatized construction of engineering projects with schedule management as the core, to lay a good foundation for asset transfer and operation and maintenance management. (3) Meanwhile, the construction of one datebase and multiple platforms will help to promote the implementation of BIM technology.
