摘要: 以国家积极推动建筑产业化发展为背景,在分析国外装配式地铁车站建造技术的基础上,首先,对我国近10年来各大城市在地铁车站预制装配建造技术方面的研究和应用进行总结,并对以长春地铁为代表的全预制装配式结构以及其在青岛和深圳地铁中的推广应用进行阐述; 其次,对以上海地铁吴中路站、济南地铁任家庄站、哈尔滨地铁丁香公园站等为代表的叠合装配式结构以及广州地铁上涌公园站的混合型结构进行简要介绍,分析各类装配式车站建造模式的特点; 再次,针对目前地下结构存在的突出问题,提出装配式车站技术路线和工程方案要针对地下工程的特点因地制宜地决策,在提高标准化和工业化程度、提高结构装配率、研发高端施工装备、提高施工效率和社会效益等方面,应充分发挥预制装配建造技术的优势; 然后,指出我国装配式车站技术刚刚起步,技术体系有待完善,技术标准有待形成; 最后,分析目前装配式地铁车站造价偏高的原因,强调通过减免部分税费、优化技术方案和工程设计、尽量加大工程应用数量、降低成本摊销费等途径可以有效降低工程造价。总体上我国装配式地铁车站从无到有、从单一的建造模式到多模式共存,装配式车站技术正在逐步向工业化建造理念和建造模式迈进,但预制装配技术的发展任重道远,需要整个行业和全社会共同面对,并为之不断努力。

Abstract: China is proactively promoting construction industrialization. In this paper, the construction technology for prefabricated metro stations overseas is first analyzed and the research on and application of the prefabricated construction technology to metro stations in major cities of China in the past decade is summarized. A detailed elaboration is provided on the "fully prefabricated structure" typically applied by Changchun metro and further developed by Qingdao metro and Shenzhen metro. Through cases of Wuzhong Road station in Shanghai, Renjiazhuang station of Jinan metro, and Dingxiang Park station of Harbin metro, the "fully prefabricated structure" is briefly introduced. The mixed structure applied in Shangchong Park station of Guangzhou metro is also introduced. Then the structural features of different types of prefabricated stations are analyzed, and a sitespecific decisionmaking mechanism is proposed. The technical routes and engineering schemes for constructing prefabricated stations must be based on features of the underground works. The advantages of the prefabricated construction technology must be fully exploited to improve the standardization and industrialization level. Efforts should be made to increase the structural prefabrication rate, develop highend construction equipment, and improve construction efficiency and social benefits. It is also pointed out that the prefabricated station technology has just started in China, and the whole technical system needs to be improved and the technical standards need to be established. Besides, the reasons for the high construction costs of prefabricated metro stations in the current environment are analyzed, and emphasis is put on several paths to effectively reducing project costs, including cutting taxes, optimizing technical schemes and engineering designs, maximizing engineering applications, reducing amortization costs, etc. In general, prefabricated metro stations in China have experienced different phases: developed from nothing and from a single construction mode to multiple modes. Prefabricated station technology is currently advancing towards the concept and mode of industrialization. However, the development of the prefabricated construction technology still has a long way to go. It needs the concerns from and the coeffort of the entire industry and the society.
