土压平衡单护盾TBM双模盾构模式转换施工技术探析

Discussion on Construction Technology for Mode Conversion between Earth Pressure Balance and SingleShield TBM of DoubleMode Shield

摘要: 为提高土压平衡/单护盾TBM双模盾构模式转换施工效率,最大程度地降低施工风险,以深圳地铁13号线留仙洞站—白芒站区间双模盾构施工为例,根据地质补勘、地面调查以及进舱检查等确定TBM模式转土压平衡模式转换位置,详细阐述双模盾构从TBM模式转换为土压平衡模式的3个施工阶段,总结出一套土压平衡/TBM双模盾构在软硬交叠地层下的模式转换施工技术。通过在模式转换前加强隧道内补充注浆,合理进行施工筹划与施工部署,优化皮带机架拆装工序及螺旋输送机工装,仅用11 d便完成单次模式转换,较计划工期提前3 d完成,相比国内模式转换最短用时记录13 d提前2 d完成,实现了双模盾构安全、高效的模式转换。

Abstract: To improve the construction efficiency of the earth pressure balance (EPB)/single shield TBM doublemode shield machine in mode conversion and minimize the construction risk, a case study is conducted on the construction of the doublemode shield used in Liuxiandong stationBaimang station of Shenzhen metro line 13. According to the geological supplementary survey, ground survey, and chamber inspection, the conversion position of TBM mode to EPB mode is determined, and the three construction stages of the mode conversion are explained in detail. A set of mode conversion technology for doublemode shield tunneling in rock formations with obvious soft and hard boundaries is summarized. A series of works, including strengthening the supplementary grouting in the tunnel, complete preparation of tools and materials required for mode conversion, reasonable construction deployment, and optimizing belt conveyor assembly and disassembly process and screw conveyor tooling, have been employed before mode conversion, realizing a safe and highefficient mode conversion of doublemode shield with 3 and 2 days ahead of records of single modeconversion time and minimum conversion time in China respectively.
