Forward Design and Application of Building Information Modeling in Shenzhen Huangmugang Comprehensive Transportation Hub Project

摘要: 为实现BIM技术在轨道交通工程全生命周期的精准落地,有效推进工程设计阶段BIM技术的应用,打破各个专业不同操作软件的技术壁垒,通过数据共享、流程协同等三维设计技术方法,建立基于三维正向设计的专业分工、信息流转、模型交付一体化的城市轨道交通设计系统管理机制,构建基于设计维度提升和更新的城市轨道交通设计模式,利用BIM软件平台的二次开发,研发轨道交通一体化的数字化协同设计平台。依托深圳黄木岗综合交通枢纽实际工程案例,利用自主研发的协同设计平台,实现BIM正向设计、仿真模拟、施工应用等技术在城轨工程中的实践,为轨道交通数字化建设的推行提供了理论基础与技术实践经验。

Abstract: To achieve accurate landing of building information modeling(BIM) technology in the entire life cycle of rail transit projects, effectively promote the application of BIM technology in the engineering design stage, and break down the technical barriers of different operating software in various disciplines, an urban rail transit design system management mechanism integrating three elements of professional division of labor, information flow, and model delivery based on threedimensional forward design is established through data sharing and process collaboration. Then an urban rail transit design mode based on the improvement and update of design dimensions is further established, which is secondly developed by BIM software platform, realizing a threedimensional collaborative design software system. Finally, a case study is conducted on the Shenzhen Huangmugang comprehensive transportation hub, and the selfdeveloped collaborative design platform is adopted, including BIM forward design, simulation, and construction application, which provides theoretical foundation and technical practical experience for the implementation of rail transit digital construction.
