Construction Technology for Repairing Damaged Segment of Shield Tunnel Adjacent to HighVoltage Power Tower

摘要: 京沈高铁望京隧道施工过程中盾构段右线第397环管片被打桩击穿,为了不影响隧道后期的正常施工和运营,保证隧道净空、结构安全和防水,特别是确保地表邻近的110 kV高压电力铁塔的安全,通过对3种修复方案的综合对比,最终采取在隧道内搭设临时钢架支撑和焊接管片拉紧槽钢、地面施作隔离桩、全断面高压旋喷桩和地表跟踪补偿注浆、开挖辅助竖井对破损管片的混凝土结构和防水进行彻底修复的施工方法和措施,成功地解决了邻近高压电力铁塔开挖竖井修复管片空间狭小、地层涌水量大、沉降变形要求高、安全风险高、施工难度大等难题。

Abstract:  The 397th ring segment of the right line of the Wangjing tunnel of the BeijingShenyang highspeed railway was penetrated by piling. To guarantee the normal construction and operation of the tunnel, the tunnel clearance, structural safety, and waterproof, especially the safety of 110 kV high piezoelectric iron tower adjacent to the surface, a comprehensive comparison among three repairing schemes is conducted for the shield tunnel. A series of repairing techniques such as temporary steel frame support and welded segment to tighten the channel steel, isolation pile construction on ground, fullsection highpressure jet grouting pile and surface tracking compensation grouting, and auxiliary vertical shaft excavation to completely repair the concrete structure and waterproof of damaged segments have been employed, which successfully repaired the damaged segments adjacent to high piezoelectric iron tower with various difficulties such as narrow space, large formation water inflow, strict settlement and deformation requirements, high safety risk and difficult construction.
