青岛地铁6号线预制装配式车站研究与应用

摘要: 为解决现浇作业周期长、对环境影响大、混凝土浇筑质量不稳定等诸多问题,依托青岛地铁6号线工程,在沿用长春地铁装配式车站方案的基础上,开展适用于青岛地铁建设特点的预制装配式车站方案研究。经过断面轮廓、构件厚度、分块位置、内部结构装配等研究,确定青岛地铁6号线装配式车站方案,并与同类装配式车站方案对比验证该方案的合理性;基于“增量法”换撑原则,提出适用于桩撑支护条件下的装配式车站拼装方案,开展配套设备研发,细化过程控制。研究结果表明: 1)采用站厅无柱、等厚度、仰拱整块、中板及纵梁预制的装配式车站方案,加工更简单、拼装更快捷、结构体系更合理; 2)中板及纵梁等内部结构的装配,丰富了预制装配式技术的应用场景,大幅提高了施工效率; 3)提出的桩撑体系拼装方案,克服了内支撑对构件拼装的影响,能够适应于青岛地铁6号线的各类围护结构类型; 4)青岛地铁预制装配式车站较传统现浇车站优势明显,混凝土质量优,拼缝不渗不漏,建筑效果好。

Abstract: The cast-in-place structures commonly used in metro stations possess disadvantages, such as long construction periods, significant environmental impact, and inconsistent concrete pouring quality. To address these issues, a study is conducted on the prefabricated station scheme used for Qingdao metro line 6, building on the scheme implemented in Changchun. The final scheme is refined by examining cross-section profiles, component thickness, blocking modes, and internal structural assemblies. The validity of this scheme is validated by comparing it with similar prefabricated station schemes. Based on the "incremental method" principle, an assembly scheme for the prefabricated station under pile support is proposed, accompanied by the development of supporting equipment and refined process controls. The research results reveal the following: (1) The prefabricated station scheme features a column-free station hall, equivalent thickness components, inverted arch blocks, and medium plate prefabrication. This design simplifies manufacturing, accelerates the assembly process, and provides a rational structural system. (2) The assembly of internal structures, such as the middle plate and longitudinal beam, expands the application scenarios of prefabricated technology, greatly improving construction efficiency. (3) The proposed pile support system assembly scheme minimizes the influence of the internal support on the component assembly and can adapt to various types of enclosure structures of Qingdao metro line 6. (4) The prefabricated station of Qingdao metro outperforms traditional cast-in-place station in terms of concrete quality, joint antileakage performance, and construction effect.
