以象山隧道3#斜井工区正洞帷幕注浆施工为例,对比3个不同地质段的帷幕注浆施工情况,对全断面帷幕注浆、周边帷幕注浆、局部帷幕注浆3种不同的注浆方案进行探讨,分析不同水文地质条件下注浆方式的选择对施工进度的影响,寻找最优的注浆方案,优化注浆施工和施工组织技术,达到控制成本,缩短工期的目的。

Abstract:

The curtain grouting constructions in 3 different hydrogeological sections of the main tunnel in No. 3 inclined shaft work lot of Xiangshan tunnel are compared. Three different grouting schemes, i.e., fullface curtain grouting, surrounding curtain grouting and local curtain grouting, are discussed. The influence of different grouting schemes on the construction efficiency under different hydrogeological conditions is analyzed. Optimal grouting schemes are determined, the grouting technology and the construction organization technology are optimized, which achieves better controlled construction cost and reduced construction period.
