摘要:

兰渝西秦岭隧道是目前中国铁路建筑上TBM掘进最长的隧道,为解决该工程工期紧的问题,在施工中采用皮带机出碴与TBM同步衬砌技术。主要研究如何在施工中尽量减小施工干扰,如何在不影响开挖的情况下移动衬砌台车、修补、防水作业台架,连续皮带机如何通过台车等技术问题。所采取的一系列措施加快了施工进度,缩短了工期,降低了工程安全风险,为今后类似的工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:

West Qinling tunnel is the longest railway tunnel under construction in China that is bored by TBMs. In order to meet the requirements of the tight construction schedule, the mode of mucking by belt conveyor system and lining at the same time with TBM boring is adopted. Study is made on how to minimize the construction interferences, how to move the lining formwork jumbo, the repairing platform and waterproofing membrane placing platform without interferences on the TBM boring and how to arrange the belt convey through the lining formwork jumbo. Due to the measures taken, the advance rate is accelerated, the construction period is reduced and the safetyrelated risk is minimized. The experience can be served as reference for similar projects in the future.
