摘要:

根据西秦岭隧道钻爆法与TBM掘进法施工相结合的实际情况,提出TBM经过钻爆施工段的步进方案。通过介绍油缸推进、弧形滑道步进与电机驱动、整体托架步进这2种步进方法的技术特点、控制重点和详细的施工方法并对各自的优缺点进行比较,最终选择油缸推进、弧形滑道步进施工方案。

Abstract:

West Qingling tunnel is constructed by TBM tunneling method assisted by drill and blast method. The stepping of TBM through the tunnel section constructed by drill and blast method is presented. The mode of stepping with arcshaped slide way and thrust cylinder and the mode of stepping with integral support frame and electrical motor drive are described in terms of technical features, key control points and operation methods. The two stepping modes are compared in terms of advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the mode of stepping with arcshaped slide way and thrust cylinder is chose.
