摘要:

介绍用于武汉长江隧道的大直径泥水盾构的改造,本次改造将盾构直径扩大,改造后用于杭州庆春路钱塘江隧道的施工。对盾构的地质适应性、经济技术上的可行性进行分析,并对改造方案及重难点进行详细介绍。通过应用的效果,证明本次改造采取的防范措施是可行的,同时也提出一些不足,供以后继续探索。

Abstract:

The modification of the large diameter slurry shield originally used in Yangtze River tunnel in Wuhan is presented in this paper. The diameter of this shield is enlarged. The modified slurry shield is to be used to bore Qiangtang River tunnel at Qingchun Road in Hangzhou. The modification program and the problems occurring during the modification are presented on basis of analysis on the geology applicability and economic and technological feasibility of the shield. The tunneling effects of the modified slurry shield show that the prevention measures taken in the modification are effective. Furthermore, some shortcomings of the modification are summarized. The paper can provide reference for further studies in the future.
