摘要:

超前大管棚支护是隧道穿越软弱破碎围岩的一种有效处理措施,通过对超前大管棚施工工艺及参数等方面的优化研究,提出无工作室大管棚施工技术及施工工艺,既保证了施工安全,加快了施工进度,又节约了施工成本。通过实践应用证实优化后的施工方法具有明显的经济效益和社会效益,值得在类似工程中借鉴和推广。

Abstract:

Advance large pipe roof support is one of the effective countermeasures for soft and fractured surrounding rocks in tunneling. Study is made on the optimization of the construction technology and construction parameters of advance large pipe roof support. A new construction technology for large pipe roof support without traditional enlarged working area is proposed, which can guarantee the construction safety, promote the tunneling speed and reduce the construction cost. The engineering practice demonstrates that the technology has obvious social and economic benefit and deserves popularization in similar projects in the future.
