霞浦铁路隧道在断层破碎带中的施工技术

摘要:

霞浦隧道穿越多条含水量高的断层破碎带,为了顺利通过此段,通过开挖前的超前预注浆加固止水、小导管注浆及斜井的合理利用,开挖中的挂粗钢筋网喷混凝土作加筋肋、径向注浆等主要措施,并结合实测监测数据,得出隧道沉降和水平变形皆符合指数函数的变形规律:隧道变形集中在前20 d,隧道顶部沉降大于水平净空变形,隧道的顶部变形为工程的关键控制点。

Abstract:

Xiapu tunnel crosses several waterrich fault and fracture zones. In order to cope with the fault and fracture zones, measures such as advance grouting, grouting through advance small ducts, grouting from the inclined shaft, support by tough wiremesh and shotcrete and radial grouting are taken. The monitoring results indicate that the settlement and the horizontal deformation of the tunnel agree with the deformation rule of exponential function, most of the deformation occurs within 20 days after excavation, the crown settlement is greater than the horizontal convergence and the crown settlement is the key controlling point of the project.
