摘要:

为提高混凝土施工效率,节约施工成本,降低钢筋机械连接的施工难度,在宝台山铁路隧道二次衬砌钢筋施工中,采用了钢筋套筒连接技术。通过介绍钢筋套筒连接技术的原理、连接型式检验方法、应用技术、试验检测出现的问题及采用本技术所取得的应用效果,因其具有安全、效率高、成本低等优点,可在铁路隧道、公路隧道、城市地铁以及建筑工程中进行推广。

Abstract:

In order to improve the concreting efficiency, save the construction cost and reduce the difficulties in the mechanical connection of rebars, the technology of rebar connecting by sleeves is adopted in the rebar processing of the secondary lining of Baotaishan railway tunnel. The principle, test method, application technology, problems and countermeasures and application results of the technology are presented. Due to such advantages as high safety, high efficiency and low cost, the technology can be popularized in railway tunnels, highway tunnels, Metro works and other projects.
