玉庙隧道塌方原因分析及处理方案研究

Analysis on Causes for and Treatment of Tunnel Collapse: Case Study on Yumiao Tunnel

摘要:

玉庙隧道是一座平行双洞四车道浅埋公路隧道,围岩软弱且含有地下水,地质条件比较复杂,施工前期左洞出口发生了塌方。对玉庙隧道的塌方原因进行分析,提出地表和洞内注浆加固及加强支护结构参数的处理方案,并运用数值模拟方法对洞内注浆方案进行对比和分析,选择比较合理的方案。结果表明:实际采用的塌方处理方案安全可行,经济合理,保证了隧道的质量。

Abstract:

Yumiao tunnel is a twintube 4lane highway tunnel under shallow cover. Due to the soft surrounding rock, the ground water and the varying geological conditions, collapse occurred in the exit section of the left tube in the early stage. In the paper, analysis is made on the causes for the collapse of Yumiao tunnel, solution consisting of grouting reinforcement executed from the ground surface and from inside the tunnel and improving the support structure parameters is proposed, and analysis is made on the solution of grouting from inside the tunnel by means of numerical simulation. In the end, appropriate solutions are made. The practice demonstrates that the solutions adopted for the collapse are safe, feasible and cost efficient and can guarantee the quality of the tunnel.
