摘要:
为解决特殊地质条件下大漂石造成盾构掘进受阻或偏离设计路线的问题,对盾构法施工中大漂石破碎原理进行阐述,提出土压平衡盾构和泥水平衡盾构在大漂石处理上的针对性设计,结合富水砂卵石地层中盾构法隧道施工实践,总结出行之有效的大漂石处理措施和“破大放小”的成功处理经验,可为类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:
Under special geological conditions, big boulders may frustrate the shield boring or may cause the shield machine to deviate from the designed alignment. The concept of the crushing of big boulders in shield tunneling is presented and proposals are made on the design of earth pressure balance shields and slurry balance shields in terms of boulder treatment. Effective boulder treatment countermeasures are summarized and the principle of "crushing big boulders and discharging small boulders" is obtained.
