盾构同步注浆试验平台的设计方法研究

摘要: 为解决盾构同步注浆试验平台研制过程中所涉及各变量缩放合理性的问题,从相似理论中的量纲分析法着手,通过推导相似判据和确立相似常数的方法来解决试验平台机械结构部分和注浆部分相关参数能否放缩的问题,并对平台相似度进行说明,最后进行模型仿真判断参数选择的合理性。运用相似理论与仿真分析相结合的方法验证了这种盾构同步注浆平台设计方法是合理的,该结论为研制同步注浆平台提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Whether the parameters used in the study of the mechanical structures and grouting parts of the test platform can be scaled or not is analyzed, with the help of the dimensional analysis method and by means of similar criteria and similar constant. The similarity of the test platform is described. Simulation is made to check the rationality of the parameters. The design method for the test platform of the simultaneous grouting system of shield is verified, by similarity theory and simulation analysis, to be rational. The paper can be used as the theoretical basis for the study on the test platform of the simultaneous grouting system of shield. 
