软弱围岩无轨平导快速施工技术

摘要: 为解决长大隧道工期紧张问题,在三联隧道洞内增设无轨平导增加多个工作面,实现正洞的“长洞短打”,但无轨平导在软弱围岩地段施工缓慢。从软弱围岩无轨平导施工影响因素及原因进行分析,从作业台架、设计、施工工艺、细节管理和激励机制等方面进行优化调整,实现了软弱围岩无轨平导的快速施工,为长大隧道无轨运输小断面平导施工提供了可靠的依据。

关键词: 三联隧道, 软弱围岩, 辅助坑道, 无轨平导, 快速施工

Abstract: A parallel adit is installed for Sanlian tunnel so as to speed up the construction of the main tunnel. The construction of the parallel adit in soft surrounding rocks with trackless transportation system is slow. The influencing factors and causes for the slow construction of the trackless parallel adit in soft surrounding rocks are analyzed. The working platform, the tunneling design, the construction technology, the detail management and the encouraging methods are optimized. In the end, rapid construction of the trackless parallel adit in soft surrounding rocks is realized. The paper can provide reference for the construction of other small crosssection parallel adit with trackless transportation system in the future.
