敞开式TBM掘进过节理密集带施工技术

摘要: 为确保TBM能安全顺利地通过花岗岩节理密集带,以南疆吐库二线中天山隧道进口为例,通过现场实践,采用刀盘内施作超前自进式锚杆,注新型聚氨酯化学浆液,围岩出护盾后径向注浆补加固等方法,有效地控制了围岩变形坍塌,提高了设备利用率,确保TBM安全、高效地通过了花岗岩节理密集带。

Abstract: The entrance section of Zhongtianshan tunnel on TurpanKorla railway in South Xinjiang passes through jointdenselydeveloped granite rock mass. In order to ensure the safe and successful boring of the TBM, advance selfdrilling bolts are installed through the cutterhead of the TBM, new type of polyurethane chemical grout is injected through the bolts and radial grouting is executed after the rock mass leaves the shield. In this way, the deformation and collapse of the rock mass have been brought under effective control and the availability of the equipment is improved. In the end, the TBM passes through the jointdenselydeveloped granite rock mass safely and efficiently. 
