象山隧道岩溶涌水突泥治理技术

摘要: 龙厦铁路象山隧道在富水岩溶区段开挖施工过程中突发涌水突泥地质灾害,引起地表塌陷,给周边环境和施工安全造成严重破坏和威胁,由于隧道反坡施工,造成洞内蓄积了50多万m3的泥砂和涌水。如何安全地进行抽排水及清淤工作,并针对高压岩溶突泥段采取何种技术手段进行治理,有效控制施工风险成为最关键技术难题。经过认真研究,通过实施“堵泥不堵水”地表深孔封堵溃口,顺利完成排水清淤,并采取“超前注浆、加强支护、合理开挖”等技术手段,实现了在高压富水复杂岩溶突水涌泥区封水带压安全开挖作业的目的。

Abstract: It occurred water and mud bursting in waterrich karst section in the excavation process in Xiangshan tunnel of LongyanXiamen railway line. Surface subsidence happens, surrounding environment and construction safety are faced with serious damage and threats. There are 500 000 m3 sand and mud and water in the tunnel due to the construction of antislope. How to carry out water drainage and mud cleaning, how to deal with the mud and water gushing of highpressure karst section and how to effectively control the construction risk are the most difficult points. "Mud sealing and no water sealing" ground surface deep hole sealing method is adopted after serious technical research and technologies, such as advance grouting, support strengthening and rational excavation are used so as to successfully clean the mud and drain the water. In the end, the safe construction of mud and water gushing in highpressure waterrich complex karst section is guaranteed.
