深埋超大直径盾构长期停顿地基加固施工技术

Reinforcement of Ground Where Large Diameter Shield Machine  Pauses for Long Duration under Thick Overburden

摘要: 超大直径盾构在掘进施工过程中停顿的情况时有发生,为了降低因长期停顿所带来的盾构姿态及成形隧道的稳定风险,减少盾构正面坍塌及地面沉降,结合上海市某超大直径越江隧道泥水平衡盾构在超深地层长期停顿的工程案例,通过选用双高压旋喷(RJP)注浆工法的地基加固技术,合理设计、优化加固范围,采取横“凹”形加固体方式,既实现了盾构机长期停顿期间盾构及隧道稳定,有效控制了地面沉降,又节约了盾构正面平衡维护施工成本,被证明是一种安全可靠的处理方法,可为同类工程提供参考。

Abstract: Superlargediameter shield machines sometimes have to pause during boring. In this case, it is difficult to maintain the posture of the shield and the stability of the tunnel. In the paper, the reinforcement of ground where a superlargediameter slurry shield pauses during tunneling in Shanghai is described. RJP grouting is made to consolidate the ground and the consolidation scope is rationally designed and optimized. In the end, the stability of the shield and the tunnel is maintained and the ground surface settlement is controlled, which demonstrates that the technologies adopted are safe and reliable. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
