小直径双护盾TBM超前化学灌浆脱困施工技术

摘要:

为快速解决小直径双护盾TBM刀盘卡机问题,结合引红济石输水工程引水隧洞实际施工情况,介绍了聚氨酯类(PUR)和硅酸盐改性聚氨酯类(Silicate Modified PUR)新型化学灌浆材料的应用技术。通过在刀盘内超前钻孔、在孔口混合和高压力灌浆实施双组分化学浆液,快速实现了加固坍塌体、软弱破碎岩层及有效脱困,体现了这种处理办法操作简单、耗时短、应用可靠的特点,TBM实现了快速脱困,大大节约了时间成本。结合工程应用实际提出了合理选择超前加固方法、预判围岩条件及卡机风险和采用聚氨脂类化学灌浆材料处理TBM卡机问题时,应根据围岩条件因地制宜调整材料的性能以达到经济实用的目的。

Abstract:

During the construction of the water conveyance tunnel of “Hongyan River to Shitou River Water Transfer Project” in Shaanxi, China, the smalldiameter telescopic TBM used is jammed. Advance grouting holes are drilled through the cutter head of the TBM and chemical grouting is performed to consolidate the collapse area and the fractured zone so as to release the jammed TBM. The practice shows that the releasing of the jammed TBM described is simple, timesaving and reliable. In the paper, the application of PUR chemical grouting material and silicate modified PUR chemical grouting material is presented. It is proposed that the performance of the grouting materials should be properly adjusted in accordance with the rock mass conditions so as to achieve economic and reliable effect.
