高速铁路隧道接触网下锚段关节处衬砌补强设计与受力分析

Reinforcement Design of and Stress Analysis on Highspeed Railway Tunnel Lining at OCS Anchor Overlaps

摘要:

为了解决已完工隧道接触网下锚关节与中心锚结处混凝土强度满足悬挂吊柱受力要求,运用“化学锚栓锚固+钢板+斜撑”的方法对下锚段接触网关节处与中心锚结锚臂安装处衬砌混凝土进行补强加固处理。同时,利用混凝土刚度计算、吊柱受力计算、FLAC3D3.0有限元数值模拟,与已实施的补强加固情况进行对比,表明计算分析与实际情况一致性较好,证明了本文所采用方法的可行性、安全性,取得了很好的社会效益及经济效益,为今后类似工程的施工提供了技术支撑与理论依据。

Abstract:

Reinforcement, including chemical anchor bolt, steel plate and inclined support, is made at the positions of lining with OCS anchor overlaps and midpoint anchors, in order to ensure the concrete to meet the stress limit of the drop tubes. The effect of the reinforcement described is studied by checking the concrete rigidity and the drop tube stress and by means of FLAC3D3.0 finite element numerical simulation. The study results show that the calculation results are consistent with the actual conditions. The practice proves that the reinforcement made is feasible and safe and that good social and economic benefits can be achieved. This paper can provide technical support and theoretical reference for similar projects in the future.
