Abstract:

Based on the basic concept of project, project management and project management process group provided by PMBOK, together with the real needs of the project owner, “risk management” itself is viewed as a project, and the key activities of risk management are classified and grouped into the different project management process group according to the coherent logic relationships, a roadmap for project owner’s risk management is designed and its iterative nature with the progress of the project is also emphasized, therefore, risk management abilities of the project owners and the related key project stakeholders can also be strengthened.
