摘要:
地表沉降是盾构施工的重要控制指标之一,石家庄市城市轨道交通1号线一期工程施工期间,在盾构掘进参数均满足设计要求的情况下,隧道出现单日沉降速率达到预警值,而累计沉降量均未预警的情况,文章从地下水损失、盾构土仓压力、同步注浆不足、浆液性能差和地层自稳性共5个方面分析了地表沉降的原因,并以2014年6月15日体育场站—北宋站区为例进行了详细分析。最后针对石家庄所处的粉细砂、细中砂、中粗砂等所引起的沉降量进行了分析。

Abstract:
Ground surface settlement is one of the most important parameters that should be well controlled in shield tunneling. During the construction of Line 1 of Shijiazhuang Metro, the settlement on some specific days reaches the alert value, however, the accumulated settlement value does not reach the alert value, although the shield boring parameters meet the design requirements. In the paper, the causes for the ground surface settlement are analyzed in terms of excavation chamber pressure, simultaneous grouting, grout performance and ground stability, with the data of the running tunnel from Stadium station to Beisong station measured on June 15, 2014 as examples. Finally, the ground settlement under the fine silt sand strata, finemedium sand strata and mediumcoarse sand strata in Shijiazhuang are analyzed.
