摘要：

管片拼装质量是直接影响隧道最终质量的重要因素之一。在石家庄地铁盾构施工中，管片拼装过程会遇到管片破碎、错台错缝等典型问题，为严格控制管片拼装质量，以保证后期顺利通过隧道验收及地铁正常使用功能，结合现场施工分析问题的原因，并根据规范要求制定控制目标，针对典型问题制定了以下的对策和措施： 1）采用增减楔子环的方法逐渐调整盾构姿态，防止盾构姿态的突变； 2）通过控制盾构机千斤顶压力，并在管片间粘贴楔子确保管片环面平整。分析表明，采取上述措施可以很好地提高管片拼装质量。

Abstract:

Segment erection quality is one of the important factors that directly affect the quality of the completed tunnel. In the construction of Line 1 of Shijiazhuang Metro, typical defects such as segment damage and segment dislocation occur. In the paper, the causes for the defects of the segment erection are analyzed, and the following countermeasures are taken: 1) Wedge rings are used to adjust the attitude of the shield and the sudden change of the shield attitude is avoided; 2) The thrust force of the thrust cylinders is adjusted, and wedge pads are installed between the segments so as to achieve flat end surface of the segment ring. In the end, the quality of the segment erection has been brought under effective control.
