高压富水隧洞硬岩地层径向注浆堵水施工技术及应用

Radialgrouting Waterstop Technology and Its Application to Highpressure Waterrich Hard Rock Tunnel

摘要:

引汉济渭工程岭南隧洞TBM施工穿越高压富水破碎带等不良地质段,施工过程中隧道断面高压突涌水严重。为解决高压富水破碎带的大量出水问题,本文提出“钻孔分流+表面嵌缝+浅层封堵+深层加固”的裂隙径向注浆堵水处理技术,配合新型注浆材料,实现了对高压富水裂隙出水的有效封堵。结合岭南隧洞工程隧道断面出水情况,给出裂缝宽度、注浆量、注浆压力等计算公式以及注浆过程控制标准。通过对工程现场8个出水段实施径向注浆堵水技术,洞内出水量由原来的46 000 m3/d降至7 800 m3/d左右,实践证明该技术方法有效,可为同类高压富水破碎地层径向注浆提供参考。

Abstract:

The TBMbored Lingnan Tunnel of Hanjiang RiverWeihe River Water Conveyance Project crosses high pressure and waterrich fractured zones; and highpressure water inrush is serious during TBM construction. As a result, the fissure radial grouting technology, i.e. grouting diffluence + surface caulking + shallow plugging + deep reinforcement, is put forward. By adopting the radial grouting technology and new type of grouting material, the high pressure water inrush from the fissure has been effectively controlled and stopped. The calculation formulas for crack width, grouting volume and grouting pressure and control standards for grouting process are provided by taking the water inrush situation of Lingnan Tunnel for example. The application result of the technology, the water inrush volume of 7 800 m3/d (original one of 46 000 m3/d), indicates that the technology adopted is effective. The results can provide reference for radial grouting of similar highpressure waterrich fractured ground.
