马蹄形隧道掘进机刀盘设计探讨

Discussion on Design of Cutterhead of Horseshoeshaped Tunnel Boring Machine

摘要:

概括性论述了多圆软土刀盘、矩形刀盘、马蹄形刀盘等异形刀盘的设计特点,重点分析了马蹄形隧道掘进机组合刀盘的关键技术: 1)掌子面流场仿真分析; 2)刀盘静力学仿真分析; 3)盲区处理研究; 4)刀具破岩机制分析。通过对以上关键技术的研究,为软土马蹄形掘进机组合刀盘的设计提供了优化方法,并创造性提出刮削破岩和挤压破岩相结合的马蹄形硬岩刀盘设计方法,对马蹄形隧道掘进机刀盘设计有一定的指导意义,也为异形隧道掘进机的刀盘设计提供了设计参考。

Abstract:

The design features of multiface soft soil cutterhead, rectangular cutterhead, horseshoeshaped cutterhead and other noncircular cutterhead of tunnel boring machine are summarized; and the key technologies for combination cutterhead of horseshoeshaped tunnel boring machine, i.e. tunnel face flow field simulation, cutterhead static simulation, blind area treatment and rock breaking mechanism, are analyzed emphatically. By studying the abovementioned technologies, design optimization can be provided for combination cutterhead of horseshoeshaped tunnel boring machine. The combination of scraping rock breaking and squeezing rock breaking for horseshoeshaped tunnel boring machine is proposed innovatively. The results can provide reference for cutterhead design of noncircular cutterhead of tunnel boring machine.
